Well presented, light colors in hallways, open feelfriendly staff, very good continental breakfast
Dark basement parking, needs light
The room was quiet at night , and we needed this
The bed/ mattress was too hard - uncomfortable
very expensive for a HIE.
It's location on the River is quiet and peaceful. Great access to trails/path to walk or take a run
Clean rooms and comfortable area
Mold in bathroom ceiling.
Good location near downtown and University. River very serene.
Can hear neighbors and people walking upstairs and downstairs.
ANY OF OUR NEEDS WERE CONCERNS OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MOTEL.
Staff where very good, and morning brigufust was very well selected .
Corridors carpert need frequnent cleaning.
My family and I loved the patio outside the breakfast room overlooking the Willamette River - peaceful setting! The hotel also was very clean, friendly staff and had great wifi.
Excellent location near the downtown area. Easy location to get to Oregon State campus, sports facilities, and access to highway going to the Oregon coast. Excellent breakfast in the morning.
Mattresses and pillows weren't very comfortable.
Very enjoyable stay; appreciated the cleanliness of the room and enjoyed the quality of the Continental breakfast.
The breakfast and view are great.
They were redoing the lobby but I'm sure it's done now
The location is great, on the Willamette River. Watched an eagle fish out our window. Staff is wonderful and the breakfast was really well stocked and managed.
Renovations had closed the pool and hot tub, but that is only temporary.
The hotel is newly remodeled & is very clean. The staff was very helpful with directions too! Close to OSU but we still needed a car to drive to the football game. We would definitely stay here again.
Our room had an odor, as my son said it smelled like his PE locker room (room 336).
The PB&J and cookies in the evening were fun.
This is the worst Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed at. The walls are paper thin and if you get stuck with room 137 at the end of the building you are literally underneath the 24 hour laundry room! We asked to change rooms and in the other room we got we could hear the neighbors snoring! We've always had a good experience with HIExpress until now...
